Beasts

A series of jacquard fabrics designed for the MOST company from Warsaw. The symbolism of rugs-kilims refers to eastern ticonography. Each animal carries specific values.
The tiger is traditionally a symbol of strength and nobility, the guardian of the meditator; the frog is a symbol of rebirth and fertility; an octopus is a creature of great intelligence and intuition that lives in a magical world.
The series was created as an old, developing concept of utility items with the value of a work of art. Currently, two exhibitions using kilims are planned.
